8-Week Course - Intro to Hand Building

Service Description
In "Intro to Hand Building" you will learn about the possibilities of clay outside of the wheel! Using techniques such as coil building, slab rolling, pinching, pulling and more, you will learn how to create forms and expand your knowledge of clay. The possibilities are endless! Each eight-week session costs $325 per student and includes: - Detailed instruction and demos during your class time - "Open Studio" practice hours (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday 12-4, Thursday 4-9) - 25 pounds of clay, use of studio glazes, and free firings for pieces made with course clay - Tools are not included but a basic kit can be purchased at your first class

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled 7 calendar days or more prior to the Eight-Week Course will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after this time - but at least 48 hours prior to the class - are eligible for a refund only if a substitute student is available to take their place. Yellow Door will not refund or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice.
